Today the Artemis lunar mission is set to launch, and I am praying all goes well. We have learned a lot since the first lunar missions decades ago and there is much to look forward to in the years ahead, especially if we can motivate more kids to take an interest in engineering. Take time today to observe the launch, weather permitting.

Mankind has been looking upward and studying the sun, moon and stars for a very long time - this is probably the first generation that spends its time looking down at their cell phones instead.
