I do paint provide mural painting services for interior and exterior murals and usually charge by the square foot. I also create and ship “portable” murals on canvas, and can also provide illustrations for enlargement as photo-murals.

Yes, I do accept commissions; all you need do is describe your proposed project with me either by email or phone and I or an associate will get your information, walk you through the process, setting a schedule and pricing.

Yes, I have participated in national art shows sponsored by Ducks Unlimited and Quail Unlimited, etc.

Ha, your memory is good! I haven’t done atlatl demos in years but I suppose I would if anyone asked. The last time I did demonstrations with kids and adults was at Wickliffe Mounds in Kentucky. Yes, I still make spear throwers, either basic ones or hand carved ones with animals like otters or hawks, and they come with at least three fletched cane darts for practice, with heavy duty practice tips.

I have taught classes in the past, early on working with an after-school Kids and Art program at libraries in Illinois when I lived there. More recently, in Florida, I taught classes in a shop I owned along with other artists. I mainly taught one-on-one or very small group private classes in hand-built clay sculpture- or basic painting with larger groups. I had to step away from that temporarily but I would probably do it again in the future. A couple of my clients were great fun to work with and are exceptionally creative. I enjoyed the interaction with self-motivated aspiring artists and especially got a kick out of helping them bring their ideas to fruition.
